Returns & Cancellation

After you have received an item you have 15 days to return it. To ensure that this process is quick and seamless, please note the following:

• At first You have to get in touch with us over phone within 7days and inform us that you are going to return your t-shirt(s). Then you have to return it within 15 days after delivery at your own expense.
• We may request you to share few images of the received product before you initiate to send it back.
• No refunds will be applicable under below circumstances
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, used, washed, soiled and stained
  • Any item that is shipped back without informing us over phone.
  • Any item that is shipped back to us 15 days after delivery.

In order to process your return request, we would require a receipt or any other ‘Proof of Purchase’.

REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE

All the refunds are processed back to your original mode of payment.

Please note refunds will be processed only after the product is received at our end & all quality checks are completed & found satisfactory.

For every mode of payment, it will take 10-12 working days to process the refund. The refund process will start once we receive the product in good condition.

Refunds will be processed only for the amount paid by the customer during the transaction. The amount availed as discount will not be refunded.

Once your product has been checked thoroughly, we will contact you for transferring the amount back to your given account details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Under any circumstances, if you wish to cancel the placed order, you can do so by getting in touch with us by WhatsApp or over phone. However, you can only cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order.

In case the product has been shipped out and then the cancellation request is received, the refund will be subject to deduction of the delivery charge (both ways.)

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, any amount paid will be credited into the same account using which the payment was made. You will be notified of the same by E-mail or an SMS or phone.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We strive to deliver products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

SHIPPING DURATION

Delivery time is highly dependent on the Shipping Address. Usually, the estimated delivery time will be between 5-7 working days for metros and 8-12 working days for non metros.
